We buy Naha tuna at Tomari Port just a short walk away, at Tomari Iyumachi and Naha Maguro Ichiba, and serve it as sashimi and tuna yukhoe. The type of tuna changes with the season and the sea.

Agu pork grilling over charcoal

HI — 火 (fire)

Yanbaru Agu pork,
over charcoal.

Our Yanbaru Agu pork, raised by Ganaha Chikusan in Nago, carries at least 50% Agu bloodline, prized for its sweet fat. We grill it over charcoal without overcooking, so it stays tender and fragrant.
